TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1. A deposit of 50% is payable upon making the reservation. The balance of the hire charge to be paid at

least one calendar month before the date of the trip. The Company reserves the right to decline to execute

any work when the foregoing condition has not been observed

2. The whole amount of the hire charge is payable in the event of the cancellation of the trip within eight

weeks of the date of the proposed trip.

3. No deposit can be returned unless the booking is re-let.

4. The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay suffered by any hirer arising from any

cause whatsoever (including mechanical breakdown) unless such loss, damage or delay results from the

negligence of the Company, its servants or agents

5. The Company does not guarantee that the vessel will complete any journey or any part thereof in any

given time and while the Company will endeavour to conform with the reasonable requests of the hirer as

to the reasonableness of which the Master shall alone be the judge the Company declines all liability for

any loss or inconvenience damage or injury arising from unpunctuality in starting transit arrival or return

or from failure to convey any member or members of a party howsoever caused.

6. No booking is valid until the booking form has been returned, deposit paid and booking confirmed by us.

7. The Company and the Master may at the discretion of the Owner and/or Master vary the trip should

circumstances so necessitate.

8. The Company will not be liable for any injury, loss, illness, accident or delay to persons or their

professions howsoever caused sustained on board the vessel or embarking or disembarking unless due to

negligence of the Company, its servants or agents.

9. No food or drinks may be brought on board by passengers.

FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ONLY TO BE PROVIDED BY A SUPPLIER APPROVED BY THE COMPANY.
